Returns
Returns accepted with no quibble up to 7 days.
Customer must resend in original packaging and the customer pays the cost of return.
The item must be in original condition with relevant insurance (to cover the amount paid for the item(s)) for the return. There will be no refund of postage.
Proof of any damage during the posting from the studio should be immediately photographed at the time of opening and sent to Kathleen Taylor via kathleentaylorart@gmail.com.
I will pay for the return if the item is faulty or arrange for the carrier to cover the cost if they are at fault.
