    Returns accepted with no quibble up to 7 days.

   Customer must resend in original packaging and the customer pays the cost of return.

   The item must be in original condition with relevant insurance (to cover the amount paid for the item(s)) for the return. There will be no refund of postage.

   Proof of any damage during the posting from the studio should be immediately photographed at the time of opening and sent to Kathleen Taylor via kathleentaylorart@gmail.com.

I will pay for the return if the item is faulty or arrange for the carrier to cover the cost if they are at fault.
